You know what the problem with browsing the [livejournal.com profile] daily_lolita community is? I'm reminded of the gorgeous "Vampire Requiem" print from Alice & the Pirates.

Not that I could ever justify spending the sort of money anything from this line went for, and it wouldn't fit me anyway. But I do love that (custom-printed) fabric.

Some day the Stroppy One will help me design a gothy-goth print, and I will place an order with Spoonflower. Some day.

I dislike the whole lolita thing as a whole. It seem that every time I run into them on the internet, they're being catty bitches.

Believe it or not, even other Lolitas are running into this problem. You seem to get a half-half mixture. I'm personally running into this problem with a local group. The 'Princess' seems to have earned her title. She wants to do things with her core group of lolis and to hell with what anyone else wants. She also seems to have vanished into a bubble of pissyness since several girls from another region have joined and are doing their own thing without her permission.

I giggle at this. Aw, poor princess.

Sometimes the Lolita groups are like "Mean Girls" with frilly clothing.

I would buy that print in a heartbeat if I could get my hands on it/some extra money in my wallet! It's so lovely.

If you ever put the gothy goth print to the spoonflower. Could you also link me to it, so that I can have a gothy goth print that is actually wearable for me.

I know how you feel. I love that print also, but there's no way I could afford it.
