Miss Monster is wonderful. I've admired her work for years and years, and we've known of each other in a "Hey, you know all of my friends!" sort of way. She very kindly sent me an
Uncle Dapper the Victorian Gentleman Monster toy!
(clicky-link!)

[livejournal.com profile] clovisdvlbunny, of course, swears that Uncle Dapper is his long-awaited butler. I'm not going to argue with Clovis on this, because he HAS been very patient (well, as patient as a Devilbunny can be) about waiting for a butler of his very own.

Ha, you know all of my friends, it seems, too -- and considering your fashion sense is about 9/10ths similar to mine (I prefer hot pink), I added you a while ago... I've been debating saying something so as not to seem like a, well, lurker, but I wasn't really sure how that introduction would go. (Stilted, like this!)

Oh dear; that clicky-link caused me to order Uncle Dapper. His portrait has been hanging by the bookshelf for a while now... I think I had admired Ashbet's plushie version, but figured he was a one-off. (Although my husband and I are agreed that he looks like a "Harold." So mine will have to be Harold Dapper; he never had any siblings, I suppose.)

I agree, and I also agree with him that all good devilbunnies need a butler.

*hugs to Clovis*

Well Uncle Dapper does appear to be an eager servant.

Hurrah! Now Clovis no longer has to waste his time on "the little things" and can focus all of his efforts on the universal takeover ;)

I think they can work something out to mutual satisfaction. ;)
