Making homemade chocolate truffles involves rolling the truffle-stuff into spheres by hand. After about six truffles, your hands get too coated to do this properly, so you need to wash & dry your hands, then start over. And of course you don't want to touch the handles for the tap with chocolate-coated fingers, so you need to lick off the chocolate first.

(Hopefully, today's adventure will stave off any chocolate cravings for a good long time. Because right now? I can't imagine wanting chocolate. But gosh, the truffles are tasty.)
