If you're in or near Seattle, I'll tell you what you should be doing!



Not only will there be talented musicians (have I exclaimed recently about how much I like Toy-Box Trio? I think they're wonderful), not only is this event an excuse to dress up all fancy-like, but there's more! I will be auctioning off an Advance Reading Copy of the Gothic Charm School book!^*, Yes, your chance to get a copy of Gothic Charm School: An Essential Guide For Goths And Those Who Love Them a month before it's released! It will be signed by the artist (that would be Pete Venters, of course), and I will sign and personalize it for the winner of the auction. Heck, I'll even put a lipstick print in it, if they want.

Really, you can't miss this event. You would be very very sad if you did.



Also, consider this your advance-advance notice: June 23, 7:30PM, Barnes & Noble at University Village. Be there. That is the OFFICIAL release party for the Gothic Charm School book!

Chances are you won't have to do anything. We have someone already event-coordinating with B&N and they're handling all the decor, etc.

You can just come and soak up the event instead!

Andreas and I are quite tempted, although we are Children of the Day, and such are prone to passing out at 10pm. But this is quite tempting.
