The other half of the GothyFashion HiveMind made me the straight skirt. I actually like how it looks on me. I'm NOT going to be giving up my hoops and petticoats, but now I have even more clothing choices. Wheee!
I know this is all shallow fashion burbling, but the fact that I feel comfortable wearing something that hints at the outline of my lower body in public is kind of a big deal for me. I'm still amazed that that body image demons haven't started muttering.
I stayed up late last night and finished the new Harry Potter book, because I'm a raving fan girl. I really liked it. I'm tempted to burble on about things, but will wait a few days until I know for sure that some other peeps have finished it.
I have no motivation to be a productive worker bee today, which is not good considering I have 217 topics to edit by the end of the week.
