Where do you get your petticoats?

I have a lovely (and soft!) one from SockDreams ( http://www.sockdreams.com/products/accessories/petticoats/layered-tulle-petticoat ), but due to my hips/leg-length it's far shorter on me than I'd like.

Square dance petticoats! All of mine are "vintage", because they belonged to my mom (my parents used to be in a square dance club, and I've been encouraging dad to get back into it). You can find good vintage petticoats in Seattle at stores like Pretty Parlour.
