Swirly eyeliner and an attempt at a victory rolls hairstyle! Which came out more like a hybrid between the Bride of Frankenstein's Monster and the white-haired version of Gary Oldman's Dracula, but hey! I kinda like it.

Really cute!! Victory rolls are difficult- keep practicing and also think about using a "core" of fake hair to help them keep their shape and form.

OMG. That's beyond awesome. And yes, it just ups the cartoon factor. I can see, in my head, the cartoon character you resemble (stern Victorian lady in black and purple with a monocle or pince-nez), but for some reason I can't come up with the name or what work it's from, which is annoying.
