Yay! The winter Tokyopop Gothic & Lolita Bible!

Firstly, you people do know that Tokyopop is publishing an English-language version of the Gothic & Lolita Bible, right? I only ask because girlgoth recently posted about discovering it, and that made me think that maybe some of you didn't know about it.

Anyhow, with that exposition out of the way: I'm a "special guest columnist" in the Winter 2009 Gothic & Lolita Bible! My contributor copy arrived in the mail today, and it's very pretty. And as an added bonus, the cover image is the pink & black pirate lolita illustration (clicky-link!) from volume 28 of the Japanese version. (Yes, I still covet that outfit.)

Yay! Jim brought me home a copy from the Miami Book Fair, but I haven't read through it yet - between the cover illustration and a really cute photo of my friend Robin in the Reader Snaps sections (the girl in pink on the ostrich carousel!), I've been too busy squeeing to get to the words.

I have the Autumn edition and will definitely pick up Winter. Aaron's shop (The Dreaming, in U-ave) should be carrying copies.
