Things I Have Learned This Evening

• Trinian, Queen of Fuzzwumpia and the Dumbest Cat Alive, will stop scampering after Ruthven and act like she Does Not Like Him At All, grrr phfft phffft!, if she thinks someone is watching her. This confuses Ruthven a bit.


• Affixing random jewelry bits to each other to make new jewelry is more fun when you don't have to fight with glue going everywhere.


• JB Weld Stick Epoxy is neat.


• When working on your writing project is Just Not Happening, doing the dishes is strangely soothing.

Regular JB Weld is neat, too. It's holding the gizmo that I haven't worked on in nearly eighteen months together.

When I have a paper to write, I think about various thesis statements and supportive arguments while I do the dishes! I can't seem to do it while just sitting there, so I have to be doing something...something that is brainless and will end (unlike sewing!).
