The names get better and better.
I has to explain Snarkling and GCS to the Niecelet. She ... reacted well. Course she was drinking coffee from a Snarkling mug. Lessons are easier with coffee.

I will now and forever cherish what you told me, because it helps me get through periods of doubt like that now. Eccentric does not equal freak does not equal a nation of one. :) But I suspect some of what your young reader was flailing about might've been that, since she'd been told she was a "poseur."
Love your colums. I do refer to them occasionally with the teens. :)

I loved the letter about labels. I would point out that sometimes it is great to refuse to be labeled. But it was a letter dear to my heart and I thank you for your wonderful answer.
