Yay! years ago, when I was new to the scene, I found your old Gothic Miss Manners website and loved it to death. Then it somehow seemed to... disapear and I never found this new GCS website. I'm so incredibly happy to find it again.

I think I need to pass this on to a 12 year old I know...

isn't it wonderful that kids are always inventing their new, never-been-done-before, there's-nobody-like-me-at-all-anywhere-except-you-and-my-friends-and-it's-just-us-against-the-world-so-we're-really-really-really-important subcultures? I appreciate the similarities between the subcultures now even more than I did then (as a punk yet hippie druggie art and science and language dork... who didn't do homework but trained a horse.) Then, you could smoke in any of the subcultures - nicotine was the universal coolness... :)
