marc17's fault. You see, he loaned me the CD by Kokusyoku Sumire. (Clicky link!)
He described them as a Gothic Lolita version of Rasputina. I would describe them thusly:
Imagine a theme park (like Disneyland), designed exclusively for Perkygoths.
Now imagine what the music playing on all the rides would sound like.
Now translate it all into Japanese.
