Remember that house we put an offer on? Told our offer was accepted, then 12 hours later oh whoopsie, no, decided to unaccept?
Because the other buyer upped their offer and could pay in cash?
It closed Friday or Saturday, which means the amount it sold for is now public record.
It sold for LESS than our offer.

The only reason I am not going straight to hexing and serious malefica is because several people have convinced me that I don't want to invoke that sort of energy while we're still house hunting. But my G-D I want to hex that realtor into the ground. Fuck her.
