 Dear subconscious,

Dreams wherein the buyers for the house we wanted back out, we get to talk to the sellers (and not their scummy realtor), and DO buy the house are not fair. They're not upsetting when I'm having them, but waking up and remembering the disappointment is upsetting. Stop that.

I know we'll eventually find and get the right house. That doesn't mean I'm not still heartbroken about the one that was snatched away.
