I went on the first THREAT LEVEL: PUMPKIN 2019 expedition with Mal and Rhias on Saturday, because the peeps on Tumblr have been reporting that Halloween merch is showing up at Home Goods, Michael's, and Joann's. (The peeps on Tumblr tag me in these posts, which I approve of.) Sadly, Halloween merch has not hit the Seattle/Lynnwood area yet. Michael's was starting to set the aisles, but the good stuff had not been unboxed. (I was very respectful and didn't just start reading the labels on the shipping boxes that were on a pallet in the aisles and opening them, but I thought about it.)

The next day, more peeps on Tumblr tagged me in photo posts; it looks like when Michael's finally does put out the stock, there is a vast array of the blackened burgundy and fuchsia roses and dahlias that were available last year, which means more hat decor and flower crowns for me! Now to cross my fingers that the Recollections "Moonlit Manor" planner sticker collections are available again, because I need to refresh my stockpile. Yes, the trick to me using planners consistently is having fancy floral goth stickers.

I have my travel info for the work jaunt to Arizona, and I really am going to be there for about 24 hours. And then have to be at the Seattle office at 10am the next day. To Do for the rest of the week: haul my sleep schedule back to a vaguely daylight setting. I've been lurching out of bed around 10:30am on a good day, so this is going to be interesting.

Is it weird that I'm already idly planning my desk decor? I'm know I'm going to at least make myself another moss terrarium graveyard.

Once I have my first bit of spending money from my new job, I am finally going to send a sliver of one of my hoarded OG Chanel Vamp lipsticks to Three Custom Color and getting it reproduced. Yeah, $70 for the minimum order of two tubes is a little pricy, but I paid $25 a tube back in the 90s, so fine.
