In search of a shiny thing

I'm looking for a BIG sparkly crystal pin or brooch, in red. When I say BIG, I mean something at least 2 inches across, and preferably larger. And, of course, in a Victorian style.

I need it before Friday. Oh, and I'd like it to cost under $20 (yeah, I know. Stop looking at me like that.)

Anyone have any suggestions where I might find something like that in Seattle? (I'd rather not order on-line for this, as shipping doesn't always happen as quickly as I need, and The Husband has asked me not to purchase jewelry on-line, since images on the web don't always give a truthful representation of the item.)

So. BIG, red, sparkly, quasi-Victorian pin or brooch. Where?
