completely pointless music natter

At some point yesterday, my brain said "Britpop. You must listen to Britpop now now now." So I listened to one of The Husband's Blur CDs (eh, they're okay), What's the Story Morning Glory by Oasis (I had forgotten how much I like "Don't Look Back in Anger"), and am now currently stuck on Pulp's Different Class.

I have NO idea why my brain suddenly needed Britpop. I think after I get listening to Pulp out of my system, I'll switch to Placebo, because they're at least halfway between Britpop and Goth. ;-)
