Er ... I need links & references to the different vampire dollfies that are out there. Just for information, mind you. Not 'cos I'm thinking about getting one or anything ...

(If you listen closely, you can hear [livejournal.com profile] stroppy_baggage shaking his head and saying "oh no ...")

Anyway, I realized that the only one I actually know the name/brand of is the Soo Dark Elf Vampire, and I'd like to find out about the other ones that are out there. Just for idle entertainment value of it, you understand.

[livejournal.com profile] jola? [livejournal.com profile] ashbet? [livejournal.com profile] laragoth? Can any of you help me out? Or give me tips for where to search on Den of Angels?

I'm still working on my little 'mini-christi' *hehe* I just need to get better at sewing little clothes. :)

http://www.notdolllab.com/ "alethia" is a vampire (Ashbet's Lysadra is one of these). Of course Luts (http://eluts.com/) has several vampire heads (look in optional parts - they have boys and girls available) for a good price - those default faceups are pretty crappy but remember that faceups can be changed and eyes can be opened if you don't like closed of half-open eyes.

also, some people sculpt fangs and add them after they find a regular head that they like, this is a wonderful option as there are not tons of vampires out there.

Ohhhh! I had never even though of sculpting fangs and adding them to a different head. Something else to consider if I ever do decide to take the plunge into the hobby.

Hee. I think everyone else beat me to it. Though I must admit the idea of sculpting tiny fangs is intriguing ME now...

*eyes Sai*

Not for him though. Maybe for the Obitsu head. Not sure....
