Don't expect to see a lot of me on-line for a bit -- to say that the new work desk set-up doesn't allow for much privacy is a LAUGHABLE understatement. Oh, and I have no place to lock up my belongings if I have to leave my desk in the open space environment for any reason. So, SO not happy about this.

So, fetish fashion sites are probably not good to send you...

Sadness. It's too bad you have to lock your stuff up just to leave your desk.

I'm pretty pissed about the setup at my work, as far as security. We have no lockers or anything. One day the manager grabbed everyone's purses and put them on the shelves in the bathroom. I was like, uh, sorry, I am not having my purse in there where other employees can be locked up with my belongings!!!

I doubt that it's any comfort that I had a lockable desk at my last job and someone still broke in and stole my make-up bag and manager's keys...the keys I can understand - even though without the door coeds they couldn't get into the safe room - but what nutter steals used make-up? Didn't spot any of the cleaners wearing bright red lipstick...

And the only real solution for locking is in a rolling file cabinet. What genius thought that up?

I'm going to check out a new coffeehouse tomorrow night. When I find a new hangout, we should have coffee with Ms. Aine. I want to bask in the fashion goodness, and the witty and razor-sharp repartee.
