What I would like to do today:
Wander through various thrift & vintage clothing stores (and possibly find a few interesting yard sales), then come home and make soup.
What I am going to do today:
Various chores, work some more on clearing the upstairs storage room (a job sadly neglected for a few weeks), then make soup.
::sigh::
Oh well, maybe it'll make me tired enough to, oh I don't know, fall asleep quickly tonight, without the aid of medication. Wouldn't that be a novelty.

The tea has (per bag) Valerian root extract (20mg), Passion flower extract (10mg) and Licorice root, Spearmint leaf, Chamomile, Skullcap leaf, Cardamom, Cinnamon, St. John's Wort leaf & flower, Rose Hips, Raspberry leaf, and Stevia leaf.
(I make it two bags at a time).
I note that it is not USDA-certified Organic--which is the most reliable standard. It's certified by Qai Inc, which I've never heard of.
