[livejournal.com profile] stroppy_baggage has been going through the boxes in the basement. He's been finding (in addition to a buncha stuff to be tossed) all sorts of nifty things that I forgot we had, and each night I get to sort through stacks of lost treasures.

One of the things he found yesterday was an issue of the long-gone and lamented magazine Carpe Noctem. The issue that contains, among other things, my interview of Jill Thompson. (hee!)

This prompted me to dig out my other issues of Carpe Noctem. (Look for a post filled with nostalgia for the 90s goth scene coming here soon. Oh yes, nostalgia and blithering, very soon. You Have Been Warned.) I discovered that I *don't* have all the issues of Carpe Noctem, which is maddening.

So, I'm going to wait until [livejournal.com profile] stroppy_baggage is finished going through the boxes, and then I suspect I'm going to be scouring eBay for back issues. Unless one of you urchins have a C.N. collection laying around that you don't want anymore ...? Nah, didn't think so.
