Don't wanna eat my healthy, veggie-filled lunch.
Nooooo.
I want pizza.
Or Indian food.
But, I will eat all my veggies, and, if in an hour I am still hungry, I might go to the cafeteria (which I've never been to, since this is my first day in the new building they've moved all of the contractors to while they knock out the walls in my previous building, but that's a separate rant I'll get to later) and buy a single slice of pizza.

Or "toss". Your choice. =)

this is a horrid thing for me to say, but I will anyway
If you haven't been initiated yet, there is an Indian place on 156th, in the same stripmall as the Trader Joes and the First Tech CU. The food is to die for and they have a buffet lunch during the week.
Cyn used to go there occasionally when she worked at Red West. (She'd also come back and lay on the floor for most of the afternoon because the food is so damn good).

However, since I don't drive, I can't go there on a whim. Which is probably a good thing.

I ended up just now going and getting a slice of veggie pizza, because my bowl of roasted veggies tasted ... odd. Not-right. I think something was wonky with the beets.
But I hadn't thought of eating just the toppings, which I may try.

Made properly, pizza is actually a pretty healthy / complete meal. If you want to go even further, sub some soy cheese instead of dairy. Nummy.
I personally prefer the super-thick-crust (so closer to foccacia bread), but if you're a believer in Atkins, I suppose any pizza is evil.

Should I tell her hello or just amazed at the its-a-small-world-after-all nature of it? (Sorry if I induced a flashback, stroopybaggage).

Make sure you have protein at breakfast, and lunch is best if it's a little carb (whole-grain, please), a little protein, and a lot of veggies. The organization of the protein will help keep your blood sugar steady; the carbs will give you enough of a serotonin bump that you don't feel deprived and the veggies will fill you up.
On my fourth week, I've finally found the rhythm, and this basic idea is working *really* well for me.
