Yep. They have pots of the dye you rub on at Broadway Shoe Repair. You just need to do it very quickly, since dye over dye makes for darker dye and this can cause streaks. I'm assuming you're dyeing something black, so you shouldn't have that problem. If you're trying for pink you're hoses and should have a professional do it. :-)
