I suddenly have an almost overwhelming craving for s'mores. S'mores made with really good-quality dark chocolate. And I really, really doubt I will get any s'mores anytime soon.

Make some over the stove. It's not as good as the camp fire kind--partially because of atmosphere, but it's still damned good.

I saw a little electric smores maker at Target. I'm sure it's not as good as real roasted marshmellows. But it did make me stop & ponder...

Then there's the easy and decadent way. Roast over the stove then use frosting. I really like the dark chocolat sour cream frosting myself. :)
