Shallow fandom wittering

 We watched Polar on Netflix last night. My takeaways:

• That was schlocky fun.
• The actors playing the villains obviously took a lot of joy in chewing on the scenery.
• Where is the Polar x John Wick cross over fic? It has to exist, right?
• Shirtless and covered in blood is a really good look for Mads Mikkelsen. I would like him to be in a vampire movie now please.

EDITED TO ADD: No, really. Shirtless and covered in blood. It makes up for the mustache that I am still ambivalent about.

Oh my yes. There is a French film, Age of Uprising, where he plays a horse farmer/revolutionary (in French because there is nothing that man can't do) where he gets completely nekkid and it is amazing.
