So, that burning cheeks if I get too warm thing I mentioned? I went and saw my doctor yesterday, and after some discussion and research, I am now on a beta blocker. 1) It's supposed to help with overheating/sweating. 2) Hey, it's a take as needed anti-anxiety med, and since I was starting to get a feedback loop of I'm overheating and my face is starting to tingle, omg what if my face starts burning" and then rising anxiety makes it worse, this is probably a good plan.

She also checked my blood pressure, and was delighted to tell me that it is back in the awesome normal range, instead of the "hmmm, let's keep an eye on this" concerning range it was creeping into for the past year, because OH HAI WORK STRESS.

In shallow happy news for me, I'm about 10lbs away from the higher end of my goal weight range.

In less-shallow happy news for me, I've made even more progress on the Storage Room o' Doom! I've cleared large swathes of floor in both parts!

I do not remember the burning cheeks thing being mentioned? But yay for all the answers from the doctor and as needed meds. As needed meds are my favorite.

HURRAH for shallow and less-shallow happy news!

So positive change is - on the whole - positive. I offer praise [and envy ... since it is too darned hot for me to do anything except basic cleaning here].

I take a beta blocker for my inverted T-wave/tachycardia issue, and I'm pleased to report basically no side effects at all. (If I take extra, I get sleepy.) May it may be the same for you.
