Over the past month or so, I've found myself wanting to start using the belly dance tutorial/workout DVDs I have. I probably will now that I'm recuperating from the constant stress and exhaustion I'd been dealing with. What I really want is fusion belly dance tutorials, but I am not buying new ones until I regularly use the ones I have.
Of course, what I really want to do is subscribe to Datura Online, which is essentially a massive online video school for belly dance, with some really good instructors. But I also can't justify $25/mo. for it. Eh, if I do get back into using my DVDs, I may try out renting a few of the Datura classes, and then decide if a subscription would be a good idea.
I can't tell if this is part of my summer goth nostalgia trip or not. I don't think so, as any times I dabbled in belly dance lessons weren't during that era.
