Hi, I'm on East Coast time. I met the rest of my team for breakfast at 7:30 local time. I got up before 7am, which my body thought was 4.

Caffeine is my only friend right now. But I'm hoping that I won't need AS much (2 cups coffee, 3 cups tea) tomorrow. We'll see.
