I get similar symptoms with both, so it's kinda hard to play this game.

I hope you feel better. Doctors are now giving the recommendation of waiting 10 days and if there's no improvement to go in. They're trying to cut down on antibiotic use since if there's improvement in 10 days then it's likely viral, and if not then it's bacterial.
