Trying to leverage the backs of the rivets off? Yeah, that didn't work. Lip Service uses freakishly strong rivets or something. No, the fabric tore a bit, so I just opted for simplicity and cut around the rivets with an x-acto blade. I have some ideas for disguising the resulting holes, and will post photos when I'm done.

That is a James Sadler Henry V teapot (sometimes called Battle of Agincourt). They are not widely available, but you can currently get one from eBay for $40 + shipping from Conneticut. I would buy it for myself, but I just spent too much on Chrsitmas. So! If anyone you know loves that teapot and wants one, that info should be sufficient to search one out.
