The registered letter was to let me know that my health coverage has ended (yes, I knew that) and that I can elect to take part in the verrrrry expensive COBRA health insurance. Why did this need to be sent via registered mail? I have no idea.

hey, this is a dumb place to leave this comment but did you know fabric.com is selling black and chocolate stretch panne poly velvet 60" wide, for $4.95/yard?
