That's COOL! =D Sensational pictures, too.

Oh that is a great article!

I have been so fortunate to find a very very similar environment at my daytime job here in town. My cubicle walls are decorated in velvet curtains, and brocade fabric, venice lace, et cetera- and yes I have been wearing the petticoats to work, too!

The added silliness- today I am working on a project for who? Microsoft! ha ha ha!

Who's this Jillian person they keep talking about? I know a Jilli, but...

Great interview!

Also, I am shocked, SHOCKED I TELL YOU, that it is possible to imagine you in a T-shirt.

Yay!

Great interview, and beautiful pictures!

Aw, I can totally see you as a very cute small child wanting to be the witch and marrying Dracula. The mental picture makes me pretty happy. That was a great interview and the pictures were great.

I wanted to marry Dracula too, well Dracula and also the drummer for Kiss (but really only because he wore kitty cat makeup, and was less gross than Gene). Who doesn't want to be especially chosen to be the queen of the night? After all he's quite a lavisher of attention and also normally has some cool spooky badass theme music around him all the time.

I think the only part I really didn't like about Dracula movies when I was little was when they let the "brides" eat the little human babies. That always disturbed me a little. Other than that, many of his victims didn't seem to quick on the uptake and kind of seemed to deserve their demise.
*done rambling*

I believe the first picture almost perfectly captures how I see you.

Just thought I'd mention...

That's so awesome! I sent the link to one of my friends who just started at Microsoft. She's rather counter-cultural herself and doesn't exactly blend in to the typical corporate environment, so I thought she'd appreciate reading it. :)

What a wonderful interview! I enjoyed reading that very much :D

Hey, I'm trying to get a job at MS as a tech writer. Any advice?

Thanks!

Oh, and I'm your neighbor two doors down. We met at one of your yard sales. :-)

How adorable are you?!

I feel proud and lucky to have you representing the gothic scene! Thank you for being utterly charming :)

Thank you! The interviewer is a very talented photographer.

She took some really good photos of me. I was quite shocked.

Oh, I'm so glad to hear you've been wearing petticoats to work! That just tickles me no end.

The lady who runs the Microspotting site is very nifty; she's a pink-haired Burning Man type, so we bonded over being corporate freaks.

Ha! I do go by Jillian at work, for no particular reason.

Yes, I own t-shirts. They're all baby tees from various concerts, or GCS ones. They're good for doing chores in!
