Ugh

I feel kinda wretched, and I can't tell if I'm coming down with the blarg that has been going around, or if this is a bad flare-up of my usual stuff. If it's the usual stuff, I could go to the spa and soak/steam it out of me. But if I'm coming down with something, I don't want to be a plague carrier.
