[livejournal.com profile] stroppy_baggage is almost completely over whatever flu he had, thank goodness.

Just in time to nursemaid me through it.

I'm hoping to go back to work tomorrow. (And we will not talk about the free-floating guilt I have about calling in sick last week AND calling in sick this week. No we will not, because I *know* it's silly to feel guilty. Really, I do. Now if I could just stop doing it ...)

[livejournal.com profile] djeternaldarkne, there is no way I am making out to the Vogue on Wed. night. I'm sorry. Maybe I'll be back at the club by mid-February.

Off I go to lay down on the couch again. If there is something going on that I NEED to know about, send me email, because I don't think I'll be caught up on LJ any time soon.

I remember you saying you had trouble with colds settling in your chest. You might want to invest in a
personal steam inhaler. (http://www.allergybegone.com/allergybegone/vicks-v1200-personal-steam-inhaler.html) The link is for the model I use. It makes a huge difference in the time it takes to clear out the lungs and eases the tightness. One of the best gizmos we ever bought. Its fabulous for opening up the pours and leaves you skin nice and soft too.

If your orkers have any brains at all they won't want you around if you've got little viral pals with you.

I need to give you make-up money.

Healthy is better. I heartily recommend it.
