Thanks for posting your Pinterest collection--this is both enlightening and familiar. Enlightening in that I didn't know that this style was a "style," and familiar in that it looks just like what I have been wearing for at least the last fifteen years, when I decided I was too much of a hippie goth for either of the other styles I loved--Victorian and deathrock--and too tall to legitimately wear anything labeled "pixie." But I just called it "hippie goth"! Now I see it's a whole thing.
It kinda has everything that calls to me, too. That Pinterest is like my Kryptonite. Long skirts, draped and layered fabrics and textures, asymmetrical and pointy hems, "distressed" texture, no corsets, no vinyl, and lunar jewelry. Ughughughugh. It makes me want to spend money. It's really good to feel inspired, though!
