Be warned, I'm going to be selling off more stuff
I found more shoes to sell off (including some new-in-box duplicates of certain pairs I love, but realized I don't need spares of), plus jackets and hats. I just need to find time to take pictures.
Also, whyobsessive keyword searching eBay is useful:

What you can't make out in that photo is that the black stripes are edged with narrow pink stripes. Yes, the blazer came that way. It's by some British designer named Ben Sherman. I've never heard of him before, but look! He made me a blazer. How very helpful of him!
Tonight, doing some minor fit alterations to the new stripy blazer, and watching more of S2 Dexter. Have I mentioned I really really hate Lila? She's the perfect example of a certain sort of Psycho Chick I've run into in my past. Really, really hate. I have high hopes for her dying. (DO NOT TELL ME. I WILL FIND OUT, WE ARE ALMOST DONE WATCHING THIS SEASON ON DVD.)
Also, why

Heyyyy wait. Didn't I at one point hand a pair of size 7 or 8 bat shoes to you? Are they too big for you?

Apparently, in the fascinating land of women's shoes, I'm a size 6-6.5.

I have no shoes tiny enough for you. But yay that you're dressing up a bit for work!

Now that I have the health and stamina to care for more than the basics, I intend to do just that. Some of my coworkers are jaded old heshers who are trying to relive their glory days of high school by wearing the same Slayer shirt every day, and then constantly bitch about how horrible their life is now. (Without doing anything to change that, of course - that would take time, effort and a spine.) I don't want to become like them. Dressing in a cute shirt helps with that in my little brain.
Also, I'm finding cute things at Goodwill Outlet, of all places. The shirts work out pricewise to be less than a dollar each, so I bought a bunch and I'm trying them out. Today's shirt is advertising something incomprehensible in French. Tomorrow, I'm thinking of wearing my sparkly San Francisco cowboy t-shirt that features horses.
Seriously. Goodwill Outlet is the best thing ever. Just bring your own rubber gloves.

The jacket is beautiful.
More things!!!! How exciting! Both pairs of shoes from you fit perfectly and I've already worn them this week. I can tell I'm going to love them.
