Today, not going as planned

I am working from home today, nursing a very upset stomach. After working from home yesterday so I could take care of some assorted errands. But considering I slept two hours past the alarm, and am feeling washed-out and queasy, going to the office was not an option. So today involves editing a whitepaper, answering emails, and maybe having some Hammer Horror Dracula movies playing in the background.

Yeah, I feel pretty wretched, actually. Please send distractions, preferably in the form of proper vampires, pretty boys in eyeliner, or clicky-links to stripy blazers.

I sympathize greatly with the upset stomach -- I was absolutely wretched on Friday and barely recovering Saturday from a bout of stomach ick.

Also, you should tell me whether you prefer the top or bottom train case in this photo: https://www.t-mobilepictures.com/myalbum/photos/photo33/ff/8d/dcf96a084462__1273580057000.jpeg because those are the two I've acquired for building vampire-hunting kits inside. It'll include stakes, mallet, holy water, garlic, rosary, maybe a large crucifix/cross as well, mirror, and possibly a small bottle of medicinal brandy for reviving the bitten. It will not include a pistol or silver bullets, because those are for werewolves, and because that's what pushes the kit's price into win-the-lottery territory. But I fully intend to make one for me and one for you.

This works out very well! The lining is a bit more worn on the top case, but it's nothing that cannot be improved with the proper materials and some glue.

Next step will be a Home Depot run for the stakes and mallets, but that may not be for another week or two.
