Ridiculous fashion cravings, part I Used To Own The Exact Thing I Now Want Again

The witchy spooky dress made by Eternal Love.

I have one in black (THANK GOODNESS), but I want the burgundy version. Which, as my title says, I used to OWN, dammit. And foolishly sold at a yard sale over a decade ago.

That dress. In burgundy. I wouldn't say no to one in white, either.

Sooooo, I've got the eBay search saved, but in the meantime, if folks could keep an eye out at their local thrift stores and spooky shops, that would be great. I need a size XL.

Thank you!

At some point in the future, I need to pick your brain about book mending. Some of my vintage gothic romance pulp paperbacks have split down the spine, and I have no idea if they're fixable.

I would be happy to help! Most are fixable, although unfortunately it's often the case that the cheaper the original materials, the harder they are to repair--and to my mind, it's better to retain the "pulp-y" look & feel of an old paperback than to upgrade the whole thing with a new cover. I bet the bindings can be restored though. Happy to share book-medic info!
