I *think* it went well
Today's interview, that is. However, I'm well-aware that *MY* thinking it went well does not necessarily equal me getting the job. But I'm hopeful about it.
Miss Shechem flew home yesterday. Yes, she'll be back in a month and a bit, but it still feels ... weird not having her around. You would think I'd be used to this, since she has been in Chicago a while, but no.
She left me her dvd of Gingersnaps, which is a brilliant, brilliant movie. And for the record, Miss She, I finally figured out why Ginger reminded me of you at times: she's like you when you've been drinking and have hit that devilish "I'm going to do whatever I want so get the hell out of my way" state.
Now, back to working on my Scary Godmother -ish Halloween costume. I've got everything I need in my closets already (no surprise there), but just need to fiddle with the bits & pieces.

And know that your not the only one that feels the wierdness in regards to her being in Chicago...although, I feel it in reverse.
Seeing her, for me, is strange. Difficult.
