apparently I'm allergic to Ben Nye liquid eyeliner. Hopefully my eyelids don't swell up.

Dearest, why are you experimenting with eyeliner? Can't you just continue wearing whatever brand(s) you usually wear that don't cause allergic reactions? Isn't this like the second time this has happened (with Maybelline the other time)? I hope you're OK by tomorrow night; do let us know.

because I keep hoping I'll find a good waterproof eyeliner that doesn't smudge, that's why.

I'll be okay to go out tonight - I may not be wearing eyeliner on my upper lids, but I can work around that. Maybe I'll try lots of black eyeshadow.

Okay, from now on, no more new eyeliner. L'Oreal gets all my business from this point forward.

I used to be able to wear any damn eyeliner I wanted. I didn't want this body chemistry change, dammit.

:( Take some benadryl just to be safe. It will help ease your allergic reactions, otherwise, I'd never be able to visit Jamie and Dave.

I've had pretty good luck with that Maybelline Express liner (blue and gold packaging) that Nicole turned me on to.

Have you tried Almay eyeliner?

It is supposed to be Hypo-Allergenic.

Oh sweetie. I hope your eyelids do not swell too. :( that sucks...

can you tell by smelling them maybe? before you put them on your face?
