I love buckles! Though I'm not so much into patent leather, nor pointy shoes/boots...
I really like your outfit, nevertheless I recommend to combine patent leather shoes with any other patent leather item or at least something shiny. These shiny boots are taking all the attention away from your lovely skirt and blouse and vest, which is a pity.
