THANK YOU!!! I have been looking for some black holo fabric that is actually BLACK and doesn't look silver or gunmetal for ages. Need it for wearing under one of my lace skirts. and to put some scraps on a new tatters skirt i have been planning.

I have solvent resistant black holo glitter I made nail polish with to go with it.
