Take some comfort in knowing that this reaction means the antibiotics are working! I know that feeling, and it can feel worse than the original illness, but it passes... lemon juice and water is a good cleanser, and I'm wondering if milk thistle is good for the liver part. (But best to ask a pro, of course.)
